City Center

The Maricopa City Complex is a portion of the 140-acre master-planned site, including City Hall and a Police Substation. The project in a FEMA Floodplain required a solution to implement a balanced earthwork design which resulted in no rise to the existing FEMA base flood elevations. This design facilitated the preparation of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) and Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) which allowed the removal of the project from the FEMA floodplain.
