ASU Polytechnic Campus Recreation & Health Services

WOODPATEL as the civil engineer for the ASU Polytechnic – Recreation and Health Services Expansion at the northwest corner of Texas Street and Williams Campus Loop East on the Polytechnic Campus. The 12-acre site includes a new 75,800 square-foot building, a pool and pool equipment building; softball, rugby, and soccer fields; and pedestrian malls. The project included demolishing several on-site buildings and engineering analysis for the best layout of the new buildings, recreation fields, and stormwater retention facilities. WOODPATEL scope included topographic survey, utility location coordination, preliminary engineering, final grading, drainage plans, storm drain plans, on-site water and sewer plans, LEED Certification support, and post-design services.
