AC Marriott at Kierland

WOODPATEL provided civil design for constructing a 6-story, 90,000-square-foot hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. The design scope included water, sewer, fire line design, grading, and drainage through the City of Phoenix Self Certification Program. WOODPATEL also guided the site owner to help set site boundaries, incorporating proposed site improvements in conjunction with existing site features and coordinating water and sewer services that crossed multiple property boundaries.
