This downtown Phoenix project is a portion of Heritage Park and consists of a 20,000 square-foot building and an 800-stall parking structure. Design involved compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA). Engineering responsibilities included resolving and coordinating wet and dry utility conflicts within the limited amount of space available, detailed topographic survey, construction plan preparation, and attention to perimeter hardscape improvement.
