WOODPATEL developed Master Plan documents for the Norterra Planned Unit Development (PUD), a ±400-acre mixed-use community located at the northwest corner of 19th Avenue and Happy Valley Road. The Norterra PUD is planned for office, retail, hotel, education, recreational, multi-family residential, and single family residential uses. Public right-of-way and private street tracts have been designed throughout the development providing access to the proposed uses with a variety of unique roadway classifications and street types ranging from Major Boulevards to Residential Avenues. Thus far, WOODPATEL has produced final design documents for: 21st Avenue infrastructure, White Thorn Boulevard infrastructure, single-family residential parcels, Union Park Amenity Center, Union Street Commercial infrastructure, and a multi-family residential parcel.
