Originally Adams School, Grace Court School is a historical building located on 3.5 acres in downtown Phoenix.  The site was renovated to include two multi-use office and a five-story parking garage with the first level at-grade. Wood/Patel provided civil engineering design for the project included the abandonment of existing water and fire lines, and the relocation of a public sewer main. Existing parking and drives were retained dictating a redevelopment of grading and drainage to accommodate fire vehicle access, retention, and off-site attention to adjacent historic buildings.
