WOODPATEL provided professional engineering services for a 1,130-acre master-planned community. Located between Avondale Boulevard and Dysart Road north of the Buckeye Canal, this project required WOODPATEL to provide services for floodplain due diligence and planning assistance defining utility corridors and water/sewer requirements for planning purposes. We also coordinated meetings between the Client, the design team, and the reviewing agency. In addition to the due diligence and civil engineering services provided, our survey team provided an ALTA, aerial mapping, and topographic survey for design services. In addition to 3,695 single-family homes, the site also includes a 30-acre park, a 16-acre commercial center, a 15-acre elementary school site, a 6-acre dedicated outdoor and recreational space, and a 4-acre public safety facility.
