Holidays | WOODPATEL observes eight holidays per calendar year. |

Work Week | Workload permitting, WOODPATEL employees work a four and one-half day week. |
Health | Health insurance coverage is provided to the employee at no charge. There is a minimal charge for dependent coverage. |
Dental | Dental insurance coverage is provided to the employee at no charge, your choice of dentist. Employees pay for dependent coverage. |
Voluntary Vision | Vision insurance coverage is offered for employees and dependents a minimal cost to employee. |
Life and AD&D Insurance | Employer paid coverage – minimum of $25,000. |
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance | Allows you to buy additional life insurance for you and/or spouse and children through payroll deduction. |
Short & Long-Term Disability | Short and Long Term Disability are provided to the employee at no charge. |
