Michael T. Young, P.E.

Principal / Vice President / East Valley Office Manager

Michael Young serves as Vice President responsible for Wood/Patel’s East Valley office operations and serves as Senior Project Manager within Wood/Patel’s Land Development Division. With 13 years of experience, including master planned communities, site development projects and various public works projects, his experience in the engineering field is diverse, helping him to bring well-rounded solutions to client projects.

His main involvement is with master planned communities and he currently oversees various stages of planning, design, and construction on approximately 16,000 acres of land within seven master planned communities. Michael is actively involved in community service and civic associations, including youth sports coaching.
