Mountain Bridge is set amid the prestige and beauty of scenic mountains in Mesa. The 717-acre master-planned community features 304 acres of open space including extensive trails and paths, covered grand entry porte-cocheres, and rustic Old World, Mediterranean, and Andalusian architecture in small gated neighborhoods connected by a rustic stone bridge. The project is within the Desert Uplands Area of the City of Mesa with significant off-site storm water impacts and restricted grading requirements in sensitive areas that required creative, detailed engineering design. Wood/Patel designed approximately 1,200 single-family lots and 5 miles of infrastructure.
