Hayden Ferry is a 43-acre mixed-use development adjacent to Tempe Town Lake. The master-planned project includes over five million square-feet of Class “A” office space, 380 luxury condominiums, a full-service hotel, and restaurant/retail space within three mid-rise towers. Wood/Patel assisted real estate developers with a variety of site issues concerning site survey, property entitlements, surface water flows through the site, groundwater impacts, analysis of Rio Salado water surface elevations for various storm events, site grading, water and sewer services, and on-site storm water detention/treatment.
