Jeffrey R. Minch, P.E.

Principal / Vice President

Jeff Minch has over 19 years of experience in the field of hydrology. He has managed the analysis and design of various drainage planning, hydrologic, hydraulic, sediment transport, and environmental permitting projects. He has also served as a project engineer on a variety of projects involving floodplain analyses and river mechanics; bridge waterways analyses; flood insurance studies; levee and bank protection design; hydraulic structure design; construction administration; and NEPA permitting. Jeff’s extensive computer modeling experience includes: HEC-1, HEC-HMS, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, SWMM, HEC-6, QUASED, GFLUVIAL, HYDRAIN, THYSYS, FASTABS, STORMCAD, WINSTORM, FLDWAV, and Maricopa County’s Drainage Design Management System (Windows).
