Ken Knickerbocker is responsible for managing the Water/Wastewater Resources department. He has experience in the planning, design and construction of wastewater treatment, conveyance and re-use facilities; water treatment, production, pumping, transmission and storage facilities. He has planned, managed and performed detailed design and construction services for water and wastewater projects in the southwest for over 37 years.
