 Wood/Patel was contracted by DMB Associates, Inc. to provide construction management services for the onsite and offsite sanitary sewer system and the public and private water systems for this 8,200-acre master planned community in north Scottsdale . Responsibilities included conducting pre-construction meetings; performing inspection for private water and sewer, private fireline, and public water and sewer; organizing onsite inspections; testing of water and sewer lines; preparing test results and as-builts for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) approval process; and coordination between the client, engineers, contractors, and City.
