 Wood/Patel provided engineering services for this 160-acre mixed-use development located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Mayo Boulevard . The project consists of onsite and offsite improvements, including offsite water main, gravity sanitary sewer, force main sanitary sewer, paving improvements to Scottsdale Road, onsite water and sanitary sewer, onsite channelization for flood control, utility coordination, design, plan preparation, cost estimating, bid services, and construction management.
