City of Avondale
 Wood/Patel provided construction administration and inspection services for approximately ten miles of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant sidewalk, six miles of roadway reconstruction, and replacement of over 1,000 water services within the existing original town site of Cashion, recently annexed by the City of Avondale. While the sidewalk project was not designed by Wood/Patel, we were asked to provide CM services through our on-call services contract with the City. This was a fast track project that was put out to bid due to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding timeline restrictions. Wood/Patel provided design and construction management for the roadway reconstruction improvements of six miles of urban streets. The improvements involved total reconstruction, mill and overlay, micro seal, chip seal, and slurry seal. Our services also included survey, geotechnical investigation and pavement study, utility design and coordination, preparation of final plans and specifications, bid phase services, and complete construction management and inspection services.
