 This 9,000-acre master planned community is located in the far west valley in Buckeye, Arizona . Wood/Patel's Survey Division maintains an onsite office with a field coordinator and two field crews dedicated to this project. We have effectively performed an ALTA survey for the entire property and, to date, we've performed construction staking for the infrastructure, golf course, and parcels in Phases 1A, 1B South, and 2 West of this community. Wood/Patel also provided staking services for three miles of 12- and 16-inch water transmission main to serve a 750-acre parcel. This water transmission line links four offsite wells together and delivers water to the site. We have also prepared numerous parcel descriptions and final plats for this development.
