 Las Sendas is a 4,200-acre master planned community in the foothills of eastern Mesa , Arizona . Wood/Patel established horizontal and vertical control throughout this subdivision. We performed boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, and construction staking services for both the mass graded and custom lot subdivision development. Subdivisions in which we have performed survey work include Canyon Creek, Eaglefeather, Grayhawk, Mountain Gate, The Summit, Hidden Canyon, Pinnacle Hills, Copper Canyon, Legacy Hills, Granite Preserve, Stonecliff, Echo Canyon, Walking Stick, Rock Canyon, Pinnacle Ridge, and Diamond Point. We are currently providing construction staking services for the Vintage Hills, Cobblestone, Mountain Village , Founders Ranch, and Stoneledge subdivisions. Wood/Patel also prepared numerous descriptions and final plats for this project.
