 Wood/Patel was selected to provide surveying services for this 8,200-acre master planned community in north Scottsdale . This project is located on the west side of the McDowell Mountains and consists of varying slopes, major natural washes, and pristine native vegetation. Wood/Patel's surveying department was able to successfully provide surveying services utilizing GPS without disrupting the natural landscaping. Wood/Patel has provided preliminary staking for golf courses, roadways, and 404 corridors for the design team and city field walks. We have provided accurate and timely construction staking services for golf courses, water and reclaimed water transmission lines, City of Scottsdale Water Reservoir , infrastructure improvements, subdivisions, and commercial buildings. Wood/Patel has prepared numerous descriptions, surveys, and final plats for this project.
