The Ellman Companies, Glendale
 Wood/Patel designed three miles of public roadways; coordinated the relocation of irrigation facilities; provided leadership for right-of-way and easement exchanges; and designed two miles of offsite storm drain facilities handling offsite stormwater for this 223-acre Phoenix Coyotes arena site at the intersection of the Loop 101 and Glendale Avenue . At build-out, the project will consist of six million square feet of mixed-use development, including retail, office, hotel, and residential use, and a 17,500 seat multi-purpose arena. Wood/Patel sequenced bid packages in order to meet the fast-track schedule needed for the complex infrastructure improvements. Contract documents and specifications were delivered on time and the project was publicly bid meeting the engineer's estimated cost to construct.
