 Market Street is an upscale dining and entertainment center anchored by a public safety facility housing the local police and fire stations. Market Street consists of approximately 300,000 square feet of commercial space on 30 acres, including a one-acre park. The innovative Market Street Park includes interactive water features, places to dig for fossils, a secret garden, gentle hills, and picnic areas. Wood/Patel provided engineering design services for this project, including grading and drainage, water, sewer, and paving. The project is located in a FEMA Flood Zone AO designation that required unique design solutions.
