Wells Fargo Bank, Chandler
 The first phase of Wells Fargo Corporate Campus is a 550,000-square-foot project designed for 67 acres at the northwest corner of Queen Creek and Price Roads, approximately 2 miles south of the future intersection of the Loop 101 and Santan freeways. Wood/Patel is performing zoning support, survey, ALTA, plat, water, sewer, grading and drainage, offsite utilities, offsite paving, irrigation design, reclaimed water, and earthwork analysis, along with providing support for the development agreement with the City of Chandler . The remainder of the bank's new corporate offices is approved for 1.2 million square feet that will house up to 6,500 employees. Construction began in June 2003.
