 Vistancia is a 7,106-acre master planned community that is planned to consist of approximately 17,000 housing units; 820 acres of commercial, mixed-use, and business park facilities; five golf courses; five school sites; six neighborhood parks; and a regional park. Wood/Patel's scope of services includes master water, master sewer, master paving, and master grading plans, master drainage report, preliminary opinions of probable cost, and parcel descriptions. Wood/Patel is currently completing design of Phase I, which includes six residential parcels, three non-residential parcels, five miles of infrastructure, and golf course coordination.
