 This 2,054 acre master planned community, located in the Town of Gilbert is a mixed-used development, comprised of a diverse blend of residential types and densities, retail, commercial, a 32 -acre elementary school, and a Village Club with a 2-acre surface lake. This part of the project has been approved for over 5,394 housing units. In addition, project responsibilities included design of all infrastructures as well as a large arroyo system, which was designed to handle drainage and open space requirements. This plan strives to create a smaller scale, neighborhood-oriented community, emphasizing traditional values and lifestyles.
