Wood/Patel's Site Development Services group has contributed to such high-profile projects as Bank One Ballpark, Maryvale Baseball Park, USAA's new regional campus at I-17 and Happy Valley Road, the Ocotillo Corporate Center for Wells Fargo, American Express, and the Phoenix Museum of History. In addition, the group provides design services supporting our master planned communities for schools, retail, and recreational (clubhouse) development, including Verrado and Vistancia's golf clubhouses.  Other projects include industrial and manufacturing facilities, class "A" office buildings, and multi-family developments.  The Site Development group is comprised of teams performing short- and long-term assignments for a variety of clients.
